Once we’ve had a look at your financial situation, we’ll consider a variety of mortgage options, I’ll outline what documents are necessary to qualify for a mortgage and provide you with a written mortgage pre-approval and a rate hold so that you can shop with confidence knowing exactly how much you can spend on a property

Conditions of Financing

This stage of the home buying process has the ability to causes first timers the most stress. You’ve got a pre-approval in place and you now you’ve found your ideal first home! Once you write an offer, we now have to satisfy lender conditions in a very short period of time. This is go time, and I’ve got you covered.

STEP FOUR

You're a Homeowner

Once your offer has been accepted and we’ve satisfied lender conditions, congratulations are in order, because you’re a homeowner. Your legal and real estate professionals will iron out all the final details for when possession day comes. From there if you’ve got questions in the years to come, I’m always here for you!

I am a Mortgage Agent and Coach with Key Mortgage partners. Previous to this, I was in the banking industry as a Financial Adviser helping hundreds of families make sound financial decisions. The experience I gained in the bank helped me to transition into the mortgage industry. I have a passion for what I do. I desire to see families own their own homes and become financially sound along the way.

I serve First Time Homebuyers, Entrepreneurs and Professionals. I also help families become debt-free and grow their investment portfolios.

You can expect me to take the pain out of solving your short, medium and long term financial goals. I do this by prudently selecting and managing your perfect mortgage strategy which will help you save as much money as possible.
