You may not know where to start in the process of buying your home. You may not be familiar with the financial system, you may not be sure about what documents are required, nor what the necessary qualifications are.

I can help! Some lenders I work with have a unique program, New To Canada, designed to help new residents own their homes.

Some things you need to know:

• Required to have permanent residence or landed status or a valid work permit.
• Minimum 3 months employment in Canada,
• Minimum 5% of down payment, which must come from your savings.
• Credit worthiness can be determined by either a Canadian or international credit report, rental payment history confirmed by landlord, supported by bank statements, or at least 1 utility payment with statements showing payments debited from account.
