At the same time I was investing in RSP’s and non-registered mutual funds. But the goals of paying off my mortgage in 10 – 15 years, paying for my daughters’ education and retiring financially free became elusive.

I also saw a lot of my clients wanting those same goals and not being able to achieve them through the traditional methods of RSP’s and savings.

Moving to the mortgage brokering industry, I saw that a sure way to achieving my goals and my clients’ goals was through Real Estate Investing.
